Note from our CEO
My wife, Usha, and I founded emerjence on a simple and basic principle: we put our employees and their families first and foremost in everything we do. We believe that when we take care of our employees, they will, in turn, provide excellent care to our customers. Our philosophy has worked every single day, and our employee's satisfaction and our customer satisfaction have always been very high.
My background of growing up with 44 other people in the same household—an experience that would surely make for a reality show today!—taught us to share, support one another, and strive for excellence in all circumstances. My wife, Usha, also comes from very humble beginnings, and our shared common values serve as the cornerstone of our everyday operations.
emerjence has allowed us create the KRUSH foundation through which we help a variety of organizations - helping needy students with their educational needs, organizations that support Homelessness' and poverty among others. This initiative reflects our commitment to giving back to the community and making a positive impact.
